Hard Surfaces

We provide a range of hard surfaces from road planings to limestone and limestone dust toppings.

Dependant on the situation we will provide a suitable recomendation for the application. Most loose laid materials will take time to settle and become firmer over time with use and weather . We find Road Planings provide a more permenant flat base with less sharp angular stones than some crushed or screened aggregate. Limestone dust toppings will provide a tarmac sealed type of finish if left a while and consolidated well.

New driveway refurbished for heavy lorries.

Having finished their 30x60m Arena in the summer 20. We have returned to upgrade the driveway in 2021 with concrete cobble base and road planings top.

Horse tracks and hard turn out

Here we are provided differing surface types over tracks for a more interesting winter turn out areas.

Over a typical Type One sub base, we can supply wood chip, various loose gravels as toppings
