A 30m x 40m signature arena, featuring angled kickboards, a subsurface irrigation system, and hardwood gates. The innovative irrigation system uses porous pipes to slowly distribute water through capillary action, maintaining a consistent riding surface even during dry periods. The bespoke stable block was designed to the client’s specifications—Mark Scott Arenas carried out all groundwork and foundation construction before the build was beautifully completed with premium stabling by Rower & Rub.
