The Brief & Site Development

Taking on a full-site transformation, our team coordinated the civil works and site re-landscaping required to turn a raw plot into professional equestrian hub.

Groundworks, Drainage & Infrastructure
A durable arena relies entirely on what lies beneath the surface. Our groundworks team executed a precision dig to install robust equestrian land drainage systems engineered to keep the riding surface functional in all weather conditions.
-
Stable Groundworks: Beyond the arena footprint, we designed and poured concrete pads and structural bases. These bases were delivered to exact tolerances, ready for a local timber supplier to immediately install bespoke stable blocks directly on top.
-
Utilities & Infrastructure: To ensure the yard was fully functional from day one, we managed the sub-surface trenching and installation of primary water and electricity supplies directly to the stable and wash bays.
-
Access & Security: The perimeter was secured with professional equestrian fencing, and we constructed heavy-duty access roadways capable of handling heavy horsebox and maintenance vehicle traffic without rutting.
Arena Construction & Fibrewax Finishing
The centrepiece of the build is a full-size 20m x 60m arena. Following the excavation, grading, and multi-layer aggregate installation, the arena was topped with our premium Fibrewax surface.
This waxed surface delivers exceptional root-structure simulation, providing superb energy return, cushioning, and stability for both dressage and jumping. The result is a beautifully finished, professionally integrated equestrian facility built to high standards.
